We employ Industry Preferred AutoForm software to assess part feasibility and tooling processes. By collaborating with our clients, we ensure the tooling process consistently yields parts without undesirable defects such as thinning, wrinkling, spring back, or splitting, while simultaneously optimizing material utilization.
Engineering
Die Design
We use Hexagon’s VISI for die design. This software allows for direct translation between major CAD systems, including NX and Catia. VISI is utilized for all shop floor programming, enabling machinists to CNC and wire machine details directly from the design using CAM features for automated machining. This design process eliminates machining from outdated data.
Reverse Engineering
We utilize Hexagon’s Absolute Blue Light Laser Scanner, together with Hexagon’s PC-DMIS and VISI Reverse Engineering Modules, to deliver highly accurate solid CAD models to our clients.
