Die-Matic is a die engineering and manufacturing company that provides progressive dies, line dies, and transfer dies to the automotive, appliance, and consumer products industries. We use advanced software to simulate, design, evaluate, and validate die builds to meet our customers’ needs. We have over 64,000 square feet of engineering and manufacturing space that holds nine presses up to 1500 tons and a build area that is equipped with 20-ton hoists. We track our die builds using Global Shop ERP ensuring ISO9001
compliancy.

Die-Matic has experience with all types of materials and tooling. We have produced tooling for multi-layer heat shields to roof bows and seat frames. As well as thick material frame parts. We can provide your tooling needs whether it is a single small progressive die or a large multi-die transfer system.
